Vision:

That the people of Acres Home and surrounding areas of Greater Northwest Houston progressive in their lives and community, and have access to appropriate social services and resources they need inside their own area, and are no longer limited.

Objectives:

•  To conduct needs assessment surveys to locate the needs of the citizens and the community.
•  To Identify and address gaps in services in the Northwest regions of the Houston Metropolitian area.
•  To collaborate with other local agencies, organizations and business sources in the Greater Houston Area to deliver quality services. To advocate services for Acres Home and surrounding areas.
